Registration For Local Zuwwar

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REGARDING ZIYARAT OF THE MAQAMAT MUQADDASA & MASHAAHED MOAZZAMA IN YEMEN :

To visit Yemen you need to have a valid visa, ITS card and Safai chitti.

Please register yourself on www.faizehatemi.net with accurate information as required, because your ziyarat program will be made according to the dates you have registered.

Note:  Please register with the name of the person who is travelling.

Arrival and departure date and time should be filled as printed on the tickets in 24 hour format not in am/pm format.

*While registering, if you have tentative booking, please do not lock the registration; lock the registration page only after you have confirmed your booking. Your registration will not be confirmed until you lock the registration process.

ARRANGEMENTS OF RECEIVING AT AIRPORT :

Upon arrival at Sana’a International Airport you will have to clear customs and immigration on your own. Rechecking of one’s own luggage from the aircraft to loading it in the vehicle from the airport is very important. Any luggage lost or misplaced thereafter is one’s own responsibility. Faiz will make arrangements to receive zaereen at the airport (only if faiz has arrival information). In case of absence of the receiving person, the taxis outside the airport will bring you safely to Faiz-e-Hatemi upon giving them the address (given below). The taxi fare is fixed and will be paid by Faiz to the driver upon reaching faiz.

REGARDING TICKETS :

All Zuwwar kiram should have a valid ticket and confirmed reservation for onward travel from Yemen. Tickets should be reconfirmed for all Airlines, except Air Arabia or Fly Dubai, 24 hours after arrival and a minimum of 48 hours before departure.

Confirmation of reservation, booking of tickets without reservations and or cancelled reservations must be done by the Zair personally with the concerned Airline. Additional costs due to changes in the Departure date or Class upgrading or Flight Cancellation will be paid by the Zair to the Airline directly.
